Control with PLC and Touch HMI
YILSA machines are controlled by a PLC and operated from a touch HMI screen. For example, the Rotary Punch cutting machine on the wheel weight line uses a Delta PLC and a 7-inch touch HMI. Automation projects are prepared with EPLAN Electric P8.
Digital Recipes: Product Changes Without Adjustment
Production values for different products are stored as recipes on the HMI screen. To change products, the operator selects the relevant recipe on the screen. No mechanical or electrical adjustment is needed.
The transfer press is a good example: all wall bracket lengths from 100 mm to 600 mm are produced from a single coil width and a single die. Length changes are made simply by selecting a recipe. Digital recipes are also used on Rotary Punch and cut-to-length lines.

Training and Safety
Operators receive 1 day of hands-on training in Denizli. The machines are CE marked and built in line with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EN ISO 12100:2010 and EN 60204-1:2018. Emergency stop systems are standard.
