01.The YILSA Roof Hook Product Family
For solar energy projects, YILSA makes adjustable L-type, straight and welded tile roof hooks from galvanised steel. The hooks consist of a 3 mm base plate and a 5 mm support arm and stay stable and secure under wind and snow loads.
The adjustable model lets you change the connection distance to suit the tile height; a square nut and screw channel allow quick side mounting to the mounting rails.
02.How the Machine Works
The line feeds steel strip from the uncoiler, punches the mounting holes, bends the hook into the required shape and cuts it to length, so hooks of consistent quality are produced in series.
By changing the die sets for different hook models, several products can be made on a single line.
03.Corrosion Resistance
The galvanised steel construction offers long-term durability and rust resistance outdoors.
