01.AHP Support System and Profile Design
AHP is the load-bearing profile of YILSA cable tray support systems. With a width of 47 mm and a height of 27 mm, it is used with AHP brackets and ceiling hangers to carry heavy-duty cable trays and cable ladders from the ceiling or wall.
The profile is made in sheet thicknesses of 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm and in lengths of 2.4 m, 2.5 m or 3 m, offering options for different load requirements.
02.Continuous Mounting Holes with Rotary Punch
The mounting holes are punched without stopping the sheet, using YILSA's patented Rotary Punch technology. With no stop-and-go motion, production speed is maintained, hole edges come out burr-free and energy consumption stays low.
03.Roll Forming and Cut-to-Length
The punched strip is bent step by step into the AHP section in a roll forming set designed for the profile, then cut to the required length. The line is controlled by a PLC and touch screen.
