01.Solar Support Profile Production
Support profiles used in solar fields are exposed to wind and snow loads. The machine bends galvanised coil sheet step by step into a C-section support profile; profile dimensions are set according to the project.
02.In-Line Punching and Marking
For fast installation on site, the bolt holes must be in exactly the right position. The holes are punched in-line, and if required a project code or length can be marked on the profile.
03.Cut-to-Length with Flying Shear
The formed and punched profiles are cut to project lengths by a flying shear without stopping the line; the ends are burr-free and need no extra work on site.
