Product Design
YILSA adhesive wheel weights are made for balancing the aluminium wheels of passenger cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles and heavy vehicles. Produced by processing standard Ø8 mm steel wire rod on our integrated wheel weight production line, the weights are made of lead-free, eco-friendly steel.
Precision & Surface
Thanks to patented Rotary Punch cutting technology, every strip achieves ±0.5 gram weight accuracy and a burr-free, smooth edge. The steel strips have a galvanised (zinc-coated) surface against corrosion.
Tape & Packaging
The high-adhesion double-sided acrylic tape with blue protective film, applied to the inner rim surface, holds the weight firmly. Standard 60 gram strips (5g x 12 or 4x5g + 4x10g mixed) are shipped in boxes of 100 strips (6 kg).
