With Monolithic Transfer Press Systems designed for producing wall brackets and hanger systems, we enable flexible, error-free and highly efficient series production in different lengths and sizes from a single die set and a single raw material input.
2379 Böhler Steel & 60 HRC Heat Treatment
In our cutting and punching units we use original 2379 Böhler steel with the highest wear resistance and 60 HRC vacuum hardening, and on our CNC wire EDM machines we produce long-lasting, low-maintenance solutions with micron precision.
Contract CNC Machining in Our Own Plant
With our CNC wire EDM (ACCUTEX AL-600SA), 4-axis CNC vertical machining (ETAMILL VL-1200) and CNC lathe (SMARC CAK6166B) machines, we carry out dies, machine parts and custom manufacturing jobs in our own plant.
